Vegan caviar *gasp*

It’s gifted by my best friend in the US as this cannot be found anywhere in the UK! (trust me I looked EVERYWHERE and even asked the company) IKEA does have some vegan red tosago sold in the UK, but there’s no branch near me.

This has some salty taste, which is mild and pleasant. As a Japanese person I naturally tried using it for sushi and while it was nice, I think it goes better with bread or bagel. They have some big fat red “roes” that look more suitable for sushi and I would LOVE to try them.. if only I could 😭
