Review of Hijiki-Hearts of Palm Ceviche at Jajaja Plantas Mexicana by aqualing
Another fabulous starter.
It’s made with palm hearts, jalapeño, hijiki seaweed, peppers, cherry tomato and topped with slices of avocado and sprouts🌴🍅🌶🥑🌱 It’s refreshing with a nice tang. We both agreed this was something we could eat forever, since it’s so flavorful yet light.
The accompanied plantain chips were crunchy with zero greasiness🍌😋
