Bamboo shoots/pods in brine 🧂 Bought these simply to try something new and I’m a bit disappointed lol. Not only did I not find many recipes for it online but it’s also tasteless straight from the packaging. I managed to give it some flavor with a lot of seasoning and ended up throwing it in a stir-fry ha #abillionturns3
