MSG - probably the most controversially discussed seasoning ๐ง I love using it for most of my dishes to add an incredible umami taste ๐ Only use for savory dishes and start slow! This is strong ha. It enhances the pleasant umami taste found already in many foods. Itโs not harmful despite what some people might tell you lol. MSG is even found naturally in things like tomatoes ๐ , cheese ๐ง or mushrooms ๐ #abillionturns3

david-ย There are dozens of studies saying that MSG doesnโt cause any harm to the body, no headaches, no swelling etc etc. These effects only happen when you eat pure MSG on an empty stomach 4 likesReply
