I prepared “tostadas” with beans, avocado 🥑 and chili 🌶
These Mexican tostadas are baked and not fried. 40 calories per piece. 😋
Second pic shows “changuito” -little monkey- my third adopted cat.
🤓 my nerdy fact is that in Mexico you can find a lot of “fried” food. Almost everything you can buy as -street food- is fried !! It is not a surprise that we are the second country with more obesity in the world 🌎 eating vegan can be as unhealthy as a normal diet. So choose better options for you and the environment.
