My five year old ate this in a quesadilla and LOVED it!!! That says a lot.  Also, I loved it too- part of me had an initial thought when I first took a bite that I wasn’t supposed to be eating cheese, but I had to tell my brain to relax, it wasn’t cheese!  Yay!  We will buy again.
