Review of Tempura Tofu Burger at The Corner Cafe by dpiggott

The photo is after I took a bite, sorry. This is an odd one. Red beetroot bun with Two thick slabs of tempura tofu supported by slaw, aioli, sweet chilli and a side of chips. Tempura Tofu on its own is a bit tasteless like straight tofu however the blend of all the ingredients works. It sort of messes with you in a good way. Was a great and unexpected find with good coffee too. The chips for breaky was a twist I'll skip next time. Will be back for this one.
