We could not find our usual tofu and bought this instead. A little different texture but good. #veganuary

malarky Ha! Rory preparing it! :-D Or any decent restaurant. Seriously, for me two things: spices used in cooking it (or chocolate added when making pudding!) and texture. On occasion, the texture is not to my liking. But I have really taken to tofu. We usually buy the same organic extra firm one, and I get used to that exact experience, so switching brands is.... well... let’s say I’m working on being more flex....Reply
