I needed these bell peppers as a side dish, and stewed them with onions in a pan. #veganin2020 🎄
Bell pepper is rich in vitamin C, and it also contains a lot of vitamins A and B. They are rich in minerals such as potassium, magnesium and zinc.
Those bell peppers belongs to the nightshade family, and therefore it is closely related to plants such as tomatoes 🍅, eggplants 🍆 and potatoes 🥔.
