Nasoya

A family favorite and the closest thing to an egg roll from a restaurant. It tastes great (baked, I have not tried to fry them) and holds up well during baking. I stuff mine with shredded cabbage, carrots, scallions, sliced mushrooms, fresh ginger and parsley or whatever fresh herbs I have lying around. They cook fast and make for a pretty presentation. I love these egg rolls and make them often.
