These wraps are great for making homemade egg rolls and wontons, but we used them

to make crispy "fried noodles".
I'm sure this is not an authentic thing, but fried noodles is something every Chinese restaurant back home brings to the table before your meal. I've never seen these served in any other place we've lived outside of NY, so we occasionally make them at home, when we want a true take out experience. Fried noodles are always served with duck sauce and spicy mustard. I couldn't find either one of those locally so I served them with sweet chili sauce.

We cut these into fourths to make wontons…worked perfectly! Used the extras to make fried

strips. Delicious as a wrapper or on its own.

Yes to these vegan egg roll wraps! I followed a recipe on the package, and

wow was it good! #uplandspeak

These were really fun to use to make vegan egg rolls and the packaging includes

a few recipes! I’d recommend frying in a pan rather than baking which are two options they provide

A family favorite and the closest thing to an egg roll from a restaurant. It

tastes great (baked, I have not tried to fry them) and holds up well during baking. I stuff mine with shredded cabbage, carrots, scallions, sliced mushrooms, fresh ginger and parsley or whatever fresh herbs I have lying around. They cook fast and make for a pretty presentation. I love these egg rolls and make them often.
