A little expensive, more expensive than traditional pasta, but a good alternative for anyone who’s gluten free or vegan and wanting extra nutrition, as it’s made from chickpeas and lentils. Doesn’t taste as good as pasta, but in a Mac and cheeze it’s great! Packaging is good but not fully recyclable
