I discovered the Alice brand through an Instagram ad. After some research I decided to try it. After all, it’s chocolate with benefits! I’m in! There are 3 formulas- Focus and Energy, Deep Sleep, and Sensual (for mood enhancing). 
It’s a blend of nature’s powerful healing mushrooms with dark chocolate. 
I tried the Deep Sleep one first. 
No joke, it was instantly effective! I’ve always had residual issues with Melatonin and other sleep aids but this one has none of those. 
It’s delicious on top of that. 
I’m trying the one for focus and energy now - first day. I could most definitely use a boost in that department! 
Family members have tried the sleep one and been surprised at how well it works. 
I highly recommend it.

Wow! What a delight to find a plant based Parmesan cheese that even my Italian husband is impressed by!
There are many other options on the market but they don’t come close to the authenticity of this one. 
Not only is this product plant based but it’s also soy free
Gluten free
Cholesterol free
0g trans fats

Their serving suggestion is 1 Tb spoon - that’s definitely not going to happen around here -  the more the better. 

It’s a bit more expensive than other comparable products but well worth the extra money.
