I ordered from nuthin fyshy through Uber eats when staying at a hotel and was so impressed by the tastes and textures present throughout the fyshermans basket! I got some extras for a treat to myself but I really really loved this dish and I can’t wait to visit the restaurant in person next!

I haven’t tried much vegan kimchi but I am very impressed by the kimchi from this brand! The smell can be a bit overwhelming but the kimchi itself is beautifully tangy and spicy I love it! It works very well in my bibimbap (as pictured) and as the main star of a kimchi fried rice. I only wish it was a little cheaper!!

No marshmallows for a whole year and a half made me so sad!!!! But after attending a local vegan con I have finally acquired vegan shmallows and I really like them. They melt very well into hot chocolate while also not dissolving into it completely. Only issue is that they melt into each other if they are compacted too much but that is a very negligible issue :)

Dandies All Natural Mini Vanilla Marshmallows

A tasty and original take on traditional shoyu ramen! The ramen contained the the regular ramen Ichiraku toppings of shiitake mushrooms, corn, Inari tofu strips, bamboo shoots and wood ear fungus but had the special addition of a black garlic oil! It had a charred taste that was a little overpowering sometimes but nice to try nonetheless. I still prefer the shoyu truffle but I would definitely try again!

I loved this dish! It was very balanced and was packed with flavour! The sun dried tomato pesto with the tofu nuggets were my favourite part. Please visit Flora & Fauna sometime, the staff are always lovely and very accommodating :))

Both the plant based lamb and the plant based chicken from Zeus is to die for! The flavours pair so well with the rest of the ingredients in the pita and it is always a delight to have  after a long day of shopping. Definitely recommend pairing the vegan pitas with their hot chips that are covered in herbs and sea salt. To. Die. For.

A very impressive substitute that should have more recognition! The taste and texture of this product is spot on, the way the ‘skin’ crisps up is amazing. I appreciate a recyclable box but it is a shame that like many other meat substitutes it is wrapped up in soft plastics. Goes lovely with some garlic fried Gailan and rice.

Absolutely amazing how far faux meat has come!! Due to the high price tag on impossible products I usually rely on getting it reduced and freezing it but when I do have it, it always impresses! Most recently made some meatballs and impressed some non-vegan family members. I love this stuff!
