Spicy and filling. This bowl has house made spelt vegan biscuits smothered with gravy on top of a bowl of tempeh and veggie sausage. The pickled jalapenos give it a nice zing. I wish I lived closer or I would be here all the time.

Giant chocolate chip cookie bigger than my hand. The top was sprinkled with chunks of salt. Amazing value at $3.

Homemade mozzarella cheese with spinach and artichoke. The crust is to die for!!!

The Avo Ahimi is my absolute favorite roll at Blue Sushi. It has a depth of flavor that tastes a lot like classic sushi, but not enough to be unsettling. I could eat this roll every day and be happy.

The Thai Hippie is one of Blue Sushi Sake and Grill's many vegan options. It was less of a traditional sushi taste than their others, but it's still delicious and surprisingly filling for a sushi roll.

The cheese is house-made and the place is small and homey. The owner was very kind and accommodating.
