Love this smoothie. There are no fillers such as sorbet or frozen yogurt, blended with oat milk and it has protein and antioxidants for me to start my day.
There are a multitude of ways to eat this dip. Be creative and use it as a spread, a dip, mix it with a little lime. It does get spicy so watch out.
I am not a fan of this particular butter but I do love the original Earth Balance butter which I always use for cake frosting and baking.

Love this milk in my smoothies. It gives a great consistency and thickens up all the fruits. The foamy consistency is great for coffee.
