Gluten and I don’t get along most days!
Miso roasted pumpkin, with a layer of coconut pumpkin purée underneath, and wild argula, pumpkin seeds, pear barley and dukkah on top, with a side of maple citrus dressing. Just the combo itself sounded so divine. Eating more
This tasted delish! The fishballs tasted very much like impossible meat. The broth was subtle and is just right amount of Umami. I love that they add oyster mushrooms and so many greens. Comes with two types of sambal, soya more
They don’t have a lotta vegan options. But this turned out to be a bowl of comforting warmth. A traditional dish served with warm coconut milk on the side. The warm coconut milk makes all the difference and even tones down more

They veganized my cutting chai with soya milk. 330 ml of it with ginger and cardamom. Was the smoothest vegan chai I have had till date. Was served in a cute Indian brass teapot and clay cup called kulhar in India. Served more
So crispy palak (spinach) chaat is a thing in India. This place has a twist - KALE! They were more than happy to keep the yogurt on the side for my companion. It had shredded beetroot and beetroot micro greens on top, which more
