It’s vegetable that’s grated and alternative for mozzarella

Raw: taste terrible. Texture is very weird

Cooked: taste better. Good alternative to cheese. A bit slimey but in a good way. Reminds of raw eggs but a bit firmer more

I am not sure if this is vegan but based on the ingredient lists it’s made of “kokosmelk” or coconut milk in Dutch. Hence this must be vegan.

It’s taste good. after you drink it, you feel healthy. But I was surprised to learn it’s only 12% actual juice, with only 7% being orange and the remainder being Lime and Lemon.

It’s mainly water though so makes sense more

Frikandel is a Dutch snack sausage like dish. Normaal is het super lekker met, dit een is lekker niet. Normally it’s super delicious but not this one. This one taste like bread. Like why is it bready??

Have not found this product outside of the Netherlands. I normally hate all things carbonated that is not soda. (I still don’t get how people drink sparkling water.)
