This was extremely creative. Chef Tina has worked with interesting ingredients including miso, sauerkraut and pink peppercorn to mimic the sensation of cheese as closely as possible. Excellent!

This is a fine substitute in place of most chicken or pork in stir fry dishes. The “meat” itself does not taste like much but takes well to seasoning like soy ans chili. Texture is good too.

Meat free version of a classic Canto steamed pork dish. Unfortunately it was rather plain tasting and looking. Needed some chilli sauce to spice it up.
Well seasoned. A great alternative to the classic duck wrap. Some of our friends thought it actually tasted like duck!
