Vegan version of ‘croquetes’, a savory appetizer that is usually made with beef.
These ‘croquetes’ are very delicious. The texture is a bit soft compared with the traditional version but the taste is very close to meat. It’s well seasoned and easy to cook. You just need to put it in the oven or the air fryer for a few minutes and it’s done. Really good.
