These ‘croquetes’ are very delicious. The texture is a bit soft compared with the traditional version but the taste is very close to meat. It’s well seasoned and easy to cook. You just need to put it in the oven or the air fryer for a few minutes and it’s done. Really good.

“Beef” Style Croquettes with 0% meat
Ingredients: water, breadcrumbs, mushrooms, sunflower oil, textured protein [wheat protein, soya protein, starch, phosphates, colour (caramel)], vegan chorizo (seitan), eggplant, tomato pulp, textured wheat, onion, vegan black pudding, carrot, Worcestershire sauce, flour prepared, salt, garlic, parsley, spices. Product fried in sunflower oil.
The ingredients’ list is pretty long as you can see in the 3rd pic (I abbreviated most of it).
Nutritionally, it’s totally not the best you can have, but it is a delicious meat substitute that tastes a lot like beef croquettes 👌🏼 My little brother loves these! We cook them in the oven at 220° for 10-12 min. And they’re a source of protein (9.2g per 100g).
This package contains 10 units and it was quite affordable at Pingo Doce.

Croquetas tipo ternera, están muy muy ricas, tienen un sabor fuerte y un toque picante como a chorizo. Las hice al horno y salieron muy bien. Vienen 10 y valía sobre 3-4€. No son baratas pero están muy ricas.
Taste so so good, taste like meat, and cook so fast, 5 minutes and meal is ready
