Another pantry food(noodles) on my page. Thin, long noodles perfect for a healthy and satisfied meal!

My friend was showing me photos of her white fried bee hoon.
So i decided to make one for myself.

Used this Chilli brand. I like the size,cos some brands are slightly thicker or thinner and i find this a just nice size.
Soaked it for 7mins and when i cooked it, it was still slightly al dente. But tht’s perhaps a good mistake cos I stir fry it wth d mushroom base slightly longer and it was able to absorb d taste more. But for those who prefer a quick fry wth their noodle base i think u shld soak it slightly longer.

The noodles are chewy and filling, one thing is that it’s easily soggy when left in soup for long

Another #carbsforlife cny freebie that calls for exhaustion.. before its expiry on earth (its bad to waste food). Came in the form of a haystack 😥 so its all or none / tear very carefully to avoid breakin em (1cm #noodles aren't exactly noodles). It didn't stand up to the braise, disintegrating into mush. Better [Singapore Char Bee Hoon] I guess? 🤔
