This is a rare domestic, no colors & preservatives, fermented seaweed salad. It might be a bit much on it's own but as a topper on peanut or sesame noodles, salad or a gain bowl it's amazing. Tonight I made a fast noodle more
It's so much better than any General Tso's tofu I've ever had. This place has a whole soy meat menu. Vegan unless there is egg in the dish, which you can order without (I love their Singapore noodles without the egg).

They are now going by GrandyOrganic but it's the same great product and company. I just love this product, I eat grain but this is better!
Love love love this light locally made miso. Soup, dressing, sauces....
I love to just eat these but they are also key to a favorite quick dinner. Left over rice or quinoa, plus these and the extra flavors at the bottom. Add tofu and veggies on hand also.

Living in rural Maine it's amazing that we have this delicious locally made, organic, us sourced beans (Maine and New England as much as the can), delicious and fresh option in our stores! Always worth the little extra it costs..
I try a lot of sesame rice crackers but for some reason these are my favorite. Childhood memories or just the best I'm not sure!
I love this brand of soft cheese. As you can see it's pricey, so it's not an everyday option but a lovely treat!
