I subbed vegan cheese (target brand - though kicking myself for not getting the liquid Miyokos stuff I’ve read about). SO GOOD
We are trying out #vedge protein powder and my husband found a recipe from them for poppyseed protein pancakes (say that 5x fast). No oil (used applesauce) & kind of a sweet treat!
My MIL made a vegan pineapple upside down cake (also GF) & it is SO good. Cake has the consistency of angel food cake. 🤤
Wound up with too many ripe bananas so made some bread! Something like this for breakfast always makes me feel like I’m on vacation.
My friend gave me some Right Rice bc it didn’t sit well with her - the texture is great, but I don’t love the seasoning. Paired with air fried tofu and vegan Caesar (homemade) salad.
Vegan niçoise - JUST egg was probably unnecessary, but this still hit the spot.

Salad season coming as the temps here warm up… Roasting, pan frying or air frying almost anything with this spice is my FAVE. This time it was chickpeas. Let them cool & added to lettuce, shredded carrot, beets and sunflower more
