Would not call it bacon but it is good! Love it in a just egg omelette, but it is a bit of a greasy orange mess. My 5yr old son loves it just cut up on a plate.

I have one of these for breakfast at least twice a week. I like to make live complicated so I add a couple slices of Tofurkey and a slice of daiya cheddar and put in the toaster oven, but they are really good just as they are! Handy for road trips too!

Things I love about it, it behaves like an egg in a pan, it browns, it can be flipped, GREAT for omelettes! Thing I don't love, it is supposed to be used within 7 days of opening but I have lost track of how much of this I have thrown out because it was rancid within 4-5.
