The texture is super on point of these and as you can see they hold together just like a real patty. What I will say is that I think they need more seasoning or flavouring, they’re just lacking something a bit more exciting. Bit of pepper and garlic or something to just to pep em up. The nutrition could be better in comparison to cheaper rivals and quorn but when compared to the likes of impossible burgers this is much better and feels a lot less processed for which I am thankful
