Inviting layer of whipped top with caramel swirls topped with chocolate chips, caramel not too sweet, creamy and delicious

Loved the rich chocolate and thick peanut butter chunks

Sauce was creamy and not too thick, went well with the pasta. Portion was just right.

Overall nice presentation with a nice texture from the tempura crust at the side of the seaweed. Taste of tofu could have been seasoned for more flavour. Unique sushi idea that’s excellent for sharing.

The filling is mushroom and water chestnut, but it’s the rayu sauce that gives the dumpling a nice spicy kick similar to mala. Dumpling skin was thick and soft to chew. Tasty and refreshing.

A suitable snack when feeling peckish, goes well with dips or on its own

Offered as a weekend special as of posting, dish was mildly spicy and just nice in portions and value. An interesting take on laksa served dry. Good to pair with sides of vegetables to complete the meal.

Served warm, “eggs” had a nice salty texture, minced “meat” was appetising.

Made with four simple oil ingredients, yet effective in cleansing face. Not too oily.
