Absolutely delicious. This burger is so filling, no side dish is necessary. It is just over 700kcal and thus the perfect meal the day before an athletic event or physical activity. The barbeque mayo is what makes it a winner.
Delicious vegan malva pudding from woolies. Drenched in a coconut sauce. I have missed malva pudding since going vegan, and this is so satisfying! If you eat it in 4 servings it is about 300kcal per serving.
Delicious combination of flavours. Perfect for a light lunch that does not leave you feeling sluggish. Falafel balls were a bit dry, but mixed with the sauce and veggies it was better.

You can add it to your tofu, to make it taste like scrambled eggs. To deceive the eyes: add some turmeric to make it yellow too! I love this discovery.
