I usually use silken tofu for vegan scrambled eggs but thought I'd give this a go. I wasn't really keen on the taste so added salt, pepper and kala namak. The bottle served 2 people v easily. Cooking wise very easy - just whack it in the microwave. Visually appealing. Boasts about protein but there's more in silken tofu and as I prefer the taste of that (with salt, pepper, turmeric and kala namak) I will be sticking to this and probably won't buy this again.

This is a delicious dessert! Very chocolatey, great hot with vanilla ice cream 😋. Portion size good too. 

Bought from Aldi England - think it's just a veganuary special which is good as this is a naughty treat, couldn't eat it all the time! 🤣

Roasted Chickpeas (Dark Choc and Raspberry)

I saw these in Waitrose (England) today and had to buy them. They are little balls of air dried chickpea coated in chocolate with a hint of raspberry. Very delicious, quite sweet, but lovely to pick at. Yum yum 😋

This is my go to yogurt. Get it from Aldi (UK) chilled section. They do a vanilla one too but this one is the best. My hubby and I have it on our cereal and it lasts about 5 days. I marked it down slightly on visual because it does separate which can look unappealing but we stir it then dish it out and it tastes fine! Great value too 👍

These are my go to snack bars. I get them in Waitrose (England) and they are filling and satisfying. Quite expensive (£2.00 for 3 bars) but we do all love them in my house. Watch out for the other eat naturals though, we have bought others before thinking they will be vegan too but they weren't!

Yes had one after my run today and did feel good for it, will buy them again I think. 

Protein Nut Bar

These are not sweet treats like some of the other Trek delights (eg salted caramel flapjack) but they are okay and they are high in protein and fibre so good after exercise

This is from my local Waitrose (England) and they don't have a great vegan selection so I often buy this. It's tasty, filling, and a good size.

Cucumber and miso houmous

I found this at my local Waitrose (England) with the ready to eat sandwiches. It looked quite nice to snack on.
The cucumber was nice and firm but turns out I'm not a fan of miso houmous!

Faith In Nature

Faith In Nature Coconut Hand Made Soap

This soap bar is hand made in England and is packaged in 100% recycled paper which I love. It smells lovely and is chunky enough to last a long time, whilst not being too big that's it difficult to use.

Definitely recommend.

Mushroom & Nut Wellington

I really wanted to try a Wellington before Xmas comes along. This one was in Waitrose (England) in the vegan freezer section.

 It is small - serves 2 people according to packet but as part of a roast we stretched it to 4 (one slice each). 

It is beautifully presented and tastes great, and it holds it's shape. Non vegans loved it too.
