This is probably the best cookie in Knoxville. It looks like it would be painfully sweet, but it’s not. It’s sweetened with coconut tree sap and agave. They are pricey, but huge!! I would recommend sharing with a friend
This is one of the best vegan milkshakes I’ve had (outside of Chicago Diner). I appreciate that they even have vegan whipped cream. They have an entire, huge vegan menu with burgers and shakes!
Really delicious. Just the right amount of flavor. 50 cal per serving, and perfect on a cracker or in a veggie wrap.
I really disliked the original shreds but the cutting board ones are really good. They melt well, have a good texture, and good flavor.
Delicious local mushrooms, fresh everything bagel (you can choose your bagel) peppers, onions, chao cheese, and optional vegenaise. You can also add avocado 🥑
