This was a great starter. The cashew cheeses were so rich, though a small amount. The seasonal pickles lifts the dish. The sunflower seed crackers were the perfect amount of nutty. I personally don’t need the sweetness of more
This was nice, hearty, and “meaty.” I wouldn’t say revelatory because, to be honest, it seemed like the Tofurkey roast you can buy from the store, but I appreciated the portion size and presentation!
While this restaurant isn’t vegetarian, you can ask for tofu version of dishes. This is a pretty good dish. Spicy. Great wok heat and well stir fried.
The menu describes this dish as “crack in broccoli form”. I agree. Crunchy, spicy, so good!
Amazing broth and noodles! This is such a cute, relaxing cafe with a lovely menu.
I have a sense that this rice platter has toppings that may change day by day. So delicious. Not sure what I ate but there was a bit of stuffed bitter melon, some tangy sweet fake meat, sautéed green beans.
This vegan version of a “beef” rice noodle dish had such amazing broth with fresh herbs. The noodles are a bit thinner than the bún (bò) huế but still has a good bite to it. Highly recommend this temple canteen!
This noodle dish had such light, flavorful broth and the right amount of fake meats. If you’re ever in Phú Quốc, you should make the trek to this temple canteen for vegan dining. An incredibly affordable and delicious meal.
The broth is indeed #richassbroth, as advertised in the pop up in a glowing neon sign. The broth is sunflIwer seed based and the richest vegan broth I‘ve had. However, noodles were not springy enough Given the $12 price more
