Can not say enough good things about this rice putting. The flavor is just perfect and the texture didn’t struggle from the lack of dairy(how some ice creams and sour creams do). If you have the money BUY IT

This product is absolutely GREAT frozen-thawed-and pulled apart. You can season it with poultry seasoning(chicken) or cumin(beef) and bake it in the oven- I used it to samosas!

This was the closest brand I could find to the one I used- it was a package of tofu in liquid firm type. Brown and marinated tastes just like pork with spicy kimchi noodles!

These are the most amazing fish replacement I’ve ever had. The “fish” flavor isn’t over powering and the texture is EXACTLY like real fish. You can eat them as is or pull them apart with a fork and have a ‘tuna sandwich!
