YUM! Impact Island Cafe is NOT a Vegan restraunt, but they DO have a full Vegan menu! Today we had a Vegan Platter consisting of yellow rice, steamed veg with ginger, fried plantains, avacado, cauliflower bbq ball and lentil more
Great on a sandwich. Not as thick as egg based Mayo, but flavor is good. Product is smooth and consistent.
My favorite sliced cheese . Great flavor. Melts "ok", but makes a great sandwich. 👍
