Review of Strawberry Greek Style Yogurt Alternative - Silk by bandita

I’m so happy to have found this plant-based #greekstyleyogurt. I looked all over a year ago when my non-vegan brother was visiting and who likes Greek yogurt for #breakfast. I ended up finding a recipe, but it didn’t turn out so good. I eventually found another plant-based Greek style yogurt, but it was way too tart and not tasty at all. This one is perfect and will be my go-to the next time my brother visits. I made a #parfait with this by adding #granola, vegan whipped cream, #strawberries, and #cacaonibs. #highinsaturatedfat because of the coconut, as well as a lot of added sugar, so I couldn’t rate it 5* for healthy, but also a great source of vitamin D, #calcium, #iron, #fiber, and a whopping 10 grams of #protein, not to mention the #livecultures.
