Review of Vegan Egg Roll Wraps - Nasoya by twistedbakery
These wraps are great for making homemade egg rolls and wontons, but we used them to make crispy "fried noodles".
I'm sure this is not an authentic thing, but fried noodles is something every Chinese restaurant back home brings to the table before your meal. I've never seen these served in any other place we've lived outside of NY, so we occasionally make them at home, when we want a true take out experience. Fried noodles are always served with duck sauce and spicy mustard. I couldn't find either one of those locally so I served them with sweet chili sauce.
