These were absolutely delicious!
It's hard finding "cutlets" that you can comfortably eat by themselves, but these checked every box. They would also make a really perfect base for a grilled chicken sandwich, chicken parmesean, or literally just about anything else. But, on the grill with some fresh lime juice, a little seasoning and some sides - amazing.
