This was a new product for me, found in the BOGO section of Sprouts.  The cutlet is made of various protein substitutes, including pea protein and vital wheat gluten. I cooked it in a dry nonstick skillet, ignoring the directions which called for using oil. The oil might have browned up the surface more, but the texture and taste were sort of shocking in some bites. Very realistic. I ate it on top of a Caesar salad and no additional seasoning or sauce was necessary (a minor miracle for me).

I'm looking forward to trying these cutlets in a sandwich, loaded with veggies and some good mustard.

These were absolutely delicious!
It's hard finding "cutlets" that you can comfortably eat by themselves,
but these checked every box. They would also make a really perfect base for a grilled chicken sandwich, chicken parmesean, or literally just about anything else. But, on the grill with some fresh lime juice, a little seasoning and some sides - amazing.

Got this at acme on sale buy one get one so it came out to $7.99 for a total of 6 cutlets. They are more like chick’n fillets because there isn’t breading. It does have a tasty herby coating that is fantastic. Cooked them in the air fryer and the top got crispy and the herbs were very aromatic. On its own it’s a bit dry but I mixed it with rice and beans and really enjoyed it.

Not a traditional breakfast but I could care less! I am excited at this moment, I have not tried it yet.

Witchcraft. Texture very much indistinguishable from mildly over cooked chicken breast. Presentation, as well — even that sear in the pan. A slight wheat-y after taste, but not at all unpleasant. I repeat: witchcraft.
