Review of “Vish” and Chips at Oh My Soul by alexanicole

So I didn’t immediately love this Vish and Chips at first~ the “vish” is battered banana blossom, so the texture is flaky but the taste was throwing me off a little bit because it definitely doesn’t taste like seafood. But, once I stopped comparing it to what fish is “supposed” to be and just embraced it as fried banana blossom, I was pretty cool with it! The tartar sauce on the side is also fantastic and tastes more like a mayo creme than anything! 🐠🍟 #abillionturns3 #saveveganrestaurants
