This is one of my staple food as a vegan. It has a light and flaky texture which is perfect to sprinkle on pasta dishes and as an ingredient to pasta sauce. It also adds a cheesy feel to any food. #veganisnotscary

Bought nutritional yeast for the first time to see if I can add cheesiness to my meals. Tastes good, not exactly like cheese on its own but it could go well as pizza topping or in a creamy dressing. Looking forward to some experiments!
