With cooked ramen noodles, green onion & corn, Annie Chun’s vegan Tonkotsu is so savory & delish. Tonight, I tossed in what I had on hand - cubed tofu & frozen corn, then drizzled a little sesame oil on top. While I usually make my own miso broth, this is a great pantry staple for those days when you don’t have the bandwidth to cook. Yum yum yum, I love this soup!
Found this at my local Aldi’s. Made just as it is, it was very very bland. I even added frozen veggies and the only flavor was in the veggies I added. Second time around I used vegetable broth, added onion and garlic and lots of veggies. It was better. A decent vegan base.
This was very tasty I added a little red miso paste to this and was delicious 🥣

I defo like the asian noodle bowls better than this Annie Chun’s Japanese-Style Vegan Tonkotsu Ramen Soup Bowl but it’s a more plain, wholesome kinda dish. My sister loved it’s simplicity and small amount of veggie to noodle / broth ratio.
