Peppery Steak

Perfect for a BBQ, the black pepper taste is present but not invasive. It could recall the white meat texture. I will definitely buy them again!

Non sa per niente di carne ed è un po' insipido.

I don’t know if this is a new product or not, it would be easier to understand if we could #bringbackdates on the app so I could tell from other reviews!
Anyway it was definitely the first time for me purchasing this. I thought it was the usual plant based alternative to poultry from V-Love but this one has a different marinade, which as the name suggests, is very peppery. The consistency of the “meat” is exactly the same as in the other product, but the taste is different and a little more intense. I personally prefer the other version (called Plant-Based Fillet with Herbs) but this is still good and nice for a change once in a while. Just like the other product this one has great nutritional values: an A Nutriscore and lots of protein. The price is 5.95 chf just like the other version. I bought this at Migros.
