This is much healthy than eating instant noodles. Just boil in

the water! Add fried garlic and shallots, mushrooms and vegetables! Super yummy 😋

I like that Kang Kang brand has expanded its product range to include Ramen.

Due

to its manufacturing process, no preservatives is needed and the noodles can be easily kept without refrigeration before opening. But, once it is opened, it needs to be refrigerated.

Another plus point is that it uses soya bean oil instead of Palm oil.

I appreciate the effort of the Company to use plastic that is BPA free.

Though there is no colouring, Kansui is listed as an ingredient. It is an additive that allows the tint of yellowness in the Ramen to be achieved. I prefer to have no additives in food products, and wish that we can do without additives in our food.

This is our first time that we bought this Ramen, and haven’t repurchase it ever since. I guess it wasn’t popular amongst our family.

Tried this out of curiosity
Pretty much like the yellow noodles so i figured using

the word #ramen wld hv a more selling point.
Wasn’t too crazy about the taste, its like a watered down version of #yellownoodles but lighter
Made stir fry noodles with it using vegan oyster mushroom sauce.
