If you like big noodles that cook really quick, then these are the ones for

you. They cook up easily and taste great with a bit of sauce

After reading a stellar review from @oshmorethstorm for Chef Woo vegan chicken ramen, I was

on a quest to find it. Well, three store visits & a few phone calls later & still, no luck. (Prior to resorting to having it shipped, that is.) Anyway, it’s on its way & can’t wait to try it. In the meantime, I found this Udon to sate my quest & yesterday, I threw together a quick pot of miso soup. While KA-ME udon noodles worked well in the soup & the ingredient list is minimal, when I prepared the noodles as a stir-fry, they broke apart easily & weren’t the greatest. So, thumbs-up for use in soup. $3.50. Two servings, individually vacuum packaged.

I love these noodles. So easy to prepare and so much you can do with

them warm or cold. I have eaten them both ways with a Thai peanut curry sauce or with sesame ginger a d some veggies. So good!

These are great tasting noodles that are super convenient since they are already cooked you

can just toss them in a pan throw in some veggies a little sauce and you’re ready to eat in minutes. I love that they are super thick and a little chewy. I always have a pack or two in my pantry
