Peanut Butter Patties

It's that time of year again! We love Girl Scout Cookies and especially now that there are 4 vegan choices.
The Peanut Butter Patties are amazing! 
The Toast Yays are also great!!
Both are great with coffee.
We have trouble finding the vegan cookies on the west coast so we order them from a Girl Scout Troop in Florida!

Yummy. Like a Reese Cup with a light cookie base. Highly recommend. Kind of pricey for 18 cookies costing $6.

I was really surprised to find that these were vegan 

These are a wonderful treat each year. Chocolate and peanut butter with a crunchy cookie. What could be better!!!
