Country Sourdough

Really nice sourdough flavor. The loaf is heavy, just the right weigh (pun intended) good bread should be.

How amazing is this..i just wish expiry date wasn't so soon 🔜 

Another one essential product for my daily meal preps! I got this from Cold Storage in the newly revamped Great World City (took quite a long time to choose). I find this much healthier than other commercial bread loaves with lesser additives and ingredients. It also doesn’t taste that sweet and is very good when toasted with a spread of marmite and mashed avocados. :) They had other types of bread as well and would definitely try them after I finish this batch!

At a friends place who went far to get a vegan bread for me.

Not too convincing or what I expected. Bit too hard and the taste gets weird the next day. Guess it’s best consumed fresh since it’s sourdough.
