I love laksa and hoped this Aldi one would be decent enough for a lazy, at-home version, but I didn’t like it much at all ☹️ The soup was really lacking in flavour. Added soy sauce, kecap manis and sesame oil and it was more
Pretty good for an instant packet soup! Microwave for 3 minutes.
Quite hearty and tasty, mildly spiced curry soup with coconut milk, tomato puree, chickpeas, lentils and carrot. 16g of protein per pouch. $3 at Coles.

This would have to be my favourite red curry paste that I’ve tried in recent times. Personally I like this flavour better than other brands like Maesri. Very good shortcut to flavour for a quick homemade Thai red curry. more
This was past the “best before” hence the discount. The girl at The Green Edge actually gave it to us for free since it was expired, so that was a win 😅 My partner and I figured since it’s a vegan product and had been refrigerated more
I actually really liked this. Slight protein-y taste but I enjoyed the texture, with a soft minty flavoured inside and nice “snappy” layer of chocolate on the outside. Usually $2.80 from Coles.

New product at Coles, $6.50 for 300g. Very tasty, loved these on a salad wrap. Good crunchy coating, tender inside - not too dry. Source of iron and B12. Would buy again!

Got these to try from The Green Edge, can’t remember how much. Steamed them per the packet instructions. They were fine, custard inside wasn’t as oozy as I’d hoped and tasted quite artificial.

Thin veggie straws with a light crunch. The ingredients are mostly potato flakes flavoured with spinach, beetroot, tomato and kale powder. They’re a little tasteless 🤷🏻♀️ Not as tasty and moreish as other chips.
Tasty little #chocolatebar. On the bitter side but it grew on me. Nice thickness and chewiness. Usually $4.50 at Coles.
It really is unbelievably good! My partner (not a good cook) made this without an electric beater (as per the recipe) in our apartment’s oven (a dodgy ancient appliance that I despise) and it still came out delicious. Truly more
