believe it or not, #couscous makes a great sandwich filler, especially when it is too hot to cook. maybe a little messy.

the salads here changed everyday but they always had couscous. it gets very crowded more

i love #dahl - it's one of my favorite #comfortfoods and this was the perfect accompaniment to the other dishes.

i also love mixing fresh spinach into hot food so it gets limp but not overcooked.
