Somatic Activated Healing Class (A Spiritual Workout )

On July 29th at 12 PM EST come join us for a virtual class targeted to release trauma stuck in the body! 

Through the power of ecstatic dance, breathwork, mantra, and meditation, the SAH method guides you towards releasing stored emotions in your body. It's time to let go of what no longer serves you and create space for new experiences and growth by leveraging the connection between our bodies and our minds. 

We will conclude with a 30 minute Reiki circle cool down which will truly help you to lock in the energetic release from the class.

About the teacher:

Ludovica is all about connecting the dots between the body, the mind, and the environment. In her early career she worked as a journalist covering the Arts and Climate Change. She later pivoted to working as a researcher on environmental and animal justice. 

By going through life challenges while witnessing the impact of climate change on the mental health of populations, she developed a passion for the healing arts, especially the connection between movement and energy work.

Today she practices Reiki (distant and in-person), teaches conscious fitness, mindfulness (breathwork and meditation) through her own app and is certified as a Somatic Activated Healing (SAH) Method Movement Healer. This one is a practice combining movement and energy healing through dance, breath work, mantra and dynamic meditation. 

She also still consults with organizations on sustainability practices and mindfulness. Ludovica offers her services to 1:1 clients, groups and organizations that want to implement mindfulness in their workspace to improve the overall wellness of their employees as well as improving their performance.

Hello, my name is Ludovica! I am a wellness coach and researcher focusing on sustainability, energy work through somatic modalities and mindfulness. For years I have worked as an environmental justice researcher. While in this role I, as well as members of the communities I have been working with, experienced a variety of mental health issues. This prompted me to become a student of the healing arts, such as mindfulness, conscious movement and somatic therapies such as Reiki, breath work and the Somatic Activated Healing Method which is designed to help release specific emotions.

Today my aim to is to provide people with the tools to achieve optimal mental health so that they can then feel more aligned and in tune with the Earth and take action to become more sustainable. My belief is that everything is connected, as it is made out of energy. If we can’t fill our cup, we can’t support the Earth or our communities. 

Through my company, Self-Sustainable Industries, I work with companies and individuals by offering sustainability consulting, mindfulness and fitness programs.You may ask, why fitness? Movement has shown to be extremely beneficial to releasing trauma stuck in the body. I am also passionate about creating digestible content on these topics through my socials and and as a freelance author.

I am currently looking for more companies interested in including mindfulness as part of their sustainability programs (as sustainability is also about how employees are treated within a company) and individuals who are ready to have a coach to help them find mindfulness and/or conscious movement routines that are sustainable and will benefit their mental health, so that they can then get in tune with their best selves and with nature. 

I decide to volunteer at the Summit so that I could attend it since paying for the ticket and the flight there was going to be too much for me during this time of my life. Being able to receive a VIP ticket would be a dream since my goal is to truly connect with companies and individuals to create a stop community and fruitful partnerships so that we can serve as many people as possible and as a result, the Earth as well.
