This was a lovely Laos rendition of the popular Thai dish Pad Ka Prow. More of a flavourful stir fried vege type wth mild saucy taste. She added lots of #tofu. What was special about this was her addition of the river #seaweed more

Yes this was a really lovely rendition of the #thaigreencurry . Not as spicy tho but she knows i like it spicier than usual so she put more of the fresh cut chilli in it. Generous with the #vegetables ,lots of #tofu , tasty more

It’s not too easy to find a specifically Vegan or Vegetarian place in Laos, so you have to just gesture yr way around or use Google Translate to request for vegetarian dishes. In Luang Phrabang it’s still quite allrite but more

You can taste the mala spiced #peppercorn , not tooooo crazy spicy but just nice
You can add more #chillioil for a more #spicy kick
The #kolomee was of a nice texture and consistency more

This was so so delicious

They hv #lionmane #shitakemushrooms and the #sambal was nicely balanced of spicy n sweet not too overpoweringly

I really love this soy knot beancurd.
But i haven’t found the right type,usually get d dried ones and no matter how long i boil or soak it,its still not fully soft
So the lady at d vegetarian shop in Fortune Ctt recommended more
