Loved it! Had the taste and texture of the closest thing to real cheddar for me. The stretchiness when melted wasn't there but I was able to make a grilled cheese and it was satisfyingly melty.

Very impressed! This came closest to that real smoky cheese flavor and I was a big fan daiya. It doesn't melt well or have any cheesy stretch but definitely the flavor is there.

It looked like mac & cheese and even had the texture but the taste reminded me of nothing cheesy. Not even pumpkin or sweet potato. There wasn't anything I could associate the flavor with and it wasn't pleasant unfortunately.
